Tosca Reno's Eat-Clean Diet® 5-Day Juice Cleanse

Tosca Reno, founder of the Eat-Clean Diet® lifestyle and New York Best Selling Author, and Naturopathic Doctor Dr. Rachel Corradetti, have combined their efforts to bring you an amazing Eat-Clean Diet® 5 Day Juice Cleanse.

Juicing, the process of liquefying plant material into a healthy beverage, is now entrenched in today's culture, as an expression of healthy self-care habits. It is widely used as a reset after a weekend of indulgence, a tonic after a workout, a diuretic to shed excess water from the body, and as a means to increase nutritional intake. For some, juicing is also the means through which to rebuild the body during and after illness.

The roll juicing can play in the unwelcome health situations proliferating among us today is a promising one.

In general, you must be healthy enough and have a reasonably functioning body in order to participate in any cleanse. This is not to say that cleansing is dangerous but the process places additional demands upon the organs of cleansing – the liver, skin, lungs, kidneys, intestines as well as the circulatory and lymphatic systems. If someone has compromised health in any way, or is taking medications under the supervision of a physician, then cleansing may interfere with the processes of healing and recovery already in place.

People who should NOT do this cleanse without their personal doctor's monitoring and approval: Pregnant and lactating women, those receiving chemotherapy, those with Type 1 Diabetes, those who do not regularly eliminate their bowels, bladders and who do not sweat, those who have just undergone surgery, those who are participating in strenuous athletic endurance events like triathlons or IronMan events or ultra-marathons etc., babies or young children or the elderly, those with adrenal fatigue, those with severe underlying illness, and morbidly obese persons.
